Born in Brazil of Italian family, Alberto grew up under the wings of his family business, where he learnt his skills as a product developer and project manager, as well as developing a taste for practical innovations that can save time, money and enhance the quality of living of the end customers. Living in the UK since 2001, he was a founding partner of a successful furniture wholesale business to the contract industry and at the same time running his own retail outlet. With the sale of that business, he turned his attention to the development and sourcing of new products to third parties and later joined forces with Robert Zhang to form their own distribution arm in the UK, Cabinet Bits Ltd. and their very own furniture factory in China. He currently lives in St Leonard's on Sea, UK, and is married with 2 children.

Born in China, Robert Zhang had an early start in life, joining the Chinese party and becoming part of  what is today widely acknowledged to be the first class of business man that assisted with the opening of the Chinese economy to the world, a process that started in 1979. His main role was assisting foreign companies that had interest in investing in or buying from the long asleep giant economy. After a successful career, he left his government role to open his first business producing and selling  products of high demand in the West. Today Robert still runs his own businesses as well as being a founding partner of Arise Sun Ltd & Cabinet Bits Ltd. He currently lives in Shanghai, is married and has two children.
